ACTIONS

The council of ministers from 10 November 2017 adopted agreement declaring Autonomous communities de Galicia and the principality of Asturias "severely affected area by an emergency Civil protection, as a result of forest fires that occurred in the month of October 2017.

To address human and material damages produced, in accordance with Article 24 of the law 17/2015, of the 9 July, the national Civil protection system, the agreement determines the adoption of various measures, to specify in subparagraphFourth, those relating to economic cooperation Local:

"damage in municipal infrastructure and road network of the provincial"

Projects that implement municipalities, county councils, the districts, the commonwealths and uniprovinciales autonomous communities in the municipal and nucleuses, regarding repairs or restitution of infrastructure, equipment or facilities and services Brisach, including article 25.2 of Law 7/85 of 2 April, regulating the Bases of Local government, and roads in the county councils and autonomous communities uniprovinciales, they will apply the processing of urgency and they may concedern a subsidy of up to 50% of its cost, excluded from these aids the work carried out by means of the individual local entity, whether materials, machinery or staff.
